¡¡¡¡According to the record in historical data, Southern
Song Guan Kiln now has two places discovered: Jiaotanxia
Kiln and Xiuneisi Kiln.
¡¡¡¡The Jiaotanxia Kiln is firstly discovered in the west
foot of Hangzhou Turtle Hill in 1930. From 1985 to 1986,
the archaeological studying group of Southern Song LinAn
City carried a complete archaeological study of this kiln
relic, and
excavated out pugging pond, biscuit fire furnace, shaping
workshop, glaze vats, and other relics, and discovered
a dragon kiln, unearthed a good amount of practical specimens
of porcelain shards and kiln tools. Based on this, the
group established the first museum in China specialized
in ceramics.
¡¡¡¡At present, the relic exhibition of Jiaotanxia Kiln
of Southern Song Guan Kiln adopts the way of recovering
its overall shape by earthing up, and showing its original
appearance partially. Visitors may enter the relic areas
to appreciate its historical figure with a short distance.

¡¡¡¡The relic of Hangzhou TigerCave Kiln is located at
the foot of Hangzhou Jiuhua Mountain. From 1996 to 2001,
Hangzhou Archaeological Studying Institute of Cultural
Relic investigated and excavated the relics for three
times, and fully discovered its figure. In the relic,
many porcelain shards are unearthed. The workshop of
Southern Song Dynasty had an exquisite construction.
Through studying, many experts
on ceramics confirmed that it was the historically recorded
¡°Xiuneisi Kiln¡±.
¡¡In 2001, this kiln relic was appraised as top ten new
discoveries of archaeological study. Since 2002, it
was subject to the managing of Southern Song Guan Kiln
Museum, and was opened to the public in October. At
present, the surroundings of relic are piled with visiting
path, and every site is connected with wood-frame plank
road. Visitors may get known this mysterious ancient
