      Since its opening, the Southern Song Guan Kiln Museumhas has received more than   200,000   visitors,    which contributes a lot to the spreading of ceramic culture. In these years, the museum has also got series of achievements of its studying of ceramic culture. It has successively opened several conferences of learning, aperiodically compiled the monographs of this area, acted as the chief editor of the special "Southern Song Guan Kiln", and published the book "A Collection of Essays on Southern Song Dynasty Guan Kiln ". Furthermore, the museum also reaches a high level in China about the researching of replicating Southern Song Guan Kiln. With the flourishing of museum business and ascending of the work of ¡°building a known cultural city¡±, our museum reconstructed its exhibition hall and expanded the whole area in 2002. With the completion of exhibition reconstruction, improvement of museum environment, and realization of planning of further developing the cultural relic resources, the Southern Song Guan Kiln Museum will keep the pace with society on the fast lane of continuous developing.
